Catalina Rum Company rums are exceptional because we believe true excellence begins with quality ingredients and proper methods. Our rum is distilled in traditional pot stills. We craft our light rum using artisanal rhum agricole techniques using pure Jamaican sugarcane juice, while our dark rum is made from Caribbean sugarcane molasses and aged in premium oak barrels.
